Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a scalable growth strategy across multiple locations and training programs.

Operational Oversight: Ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, compliant, and student-focused.

Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure long-term sustainability and profitability.

Team & Culture: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing leadership team. Cultivate a mission-driven, inclusive, and accountable company culture.

Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, workforce boards, transportation companies, and education partners.

Brand & Advocacy: Act as the company’s primary spokesperson—representing the organization to media, industry groups, and government partners.

Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in workforce development and transportation to ensure the company remains a leader in training excellence.
Ideal Candidate

Proven executive leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, President, or COO in a high-growth service, workforce development, or education-focused organization.

Familiarity with transportation, logistics, vocational education, or government-funded training programs is a strong plus.

Track record of scaling operations and driving sustainable growth.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and leading strategic budgeting processes.

Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
