We are seeking a Mature Customer Service Specialist. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records / input new orders to database

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Accurate typing skills
• Knowledge of US State and City locations
• Billingual / Spanish
• Must be serious and wanting to work!

Bilingual in Spanish / English. $18.00 a hour to start. Overtime may be available after training. Serious long term mature employees required. Basic Knowledge of USA States and Cities required. Shifts are 9am - 5pm , 10am - 6pm and 1pm - 9pm
