Captura Hall is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Sales Representative to manage client accounts, generate new business, and build long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts

  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams

  • Attend meetings, events, or trade shows as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
