Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable.
- Guest Service: Warmly greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and resolve issues to create lasting memories.
- Food & Beverage Prep: Prepare salads, sandwiches, soups, coffee, and other items according to brand standards, monitoring taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Service & Stocking: Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and condiments in buffet/service areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and appealing.
- Cleanliness: Keep work areas, tables, beverage stations, and equipment clean, neat, and organized; clear tables and empty trash.
- Operational Tasks: Monitor inventory, report maintenance issues, and follow security/storage procedures for products and equipment.
Compensation:
$15 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner
- Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area
Qualifications:
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
