What you’ll do
- Create, send, and track invoices (follow up on past-due invoices as needed)
- Enter and manage customer orders (confirm details, update statuses, coordinate with the team)
- Keep customer and order records organized in our systems
- Answer customer emails/messages and provide order updates
- Flag issues early (billing discrepancies, shipping delays, order changes)
- Support light admin tasks (files, spreadsheets, internal coordination)
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year in admin, billing, customer support, or order processing (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
- Clear written communication and a friendly, professional tone
- Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel; quick to learn new software
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
