Administrative Assistant - Property Management

YOUR BACKROUND

• Strong, high-level administrative assistant with strong office experience.
• Real estate experience or property management experience helpful.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish helpful.
• Extremely professional, punctual, and reliable.
• Excellent customer service skills to deal with tenants and maintenance staff.
• College degree helpful.

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY

• Provide administrative support to the Property Management team of Class A commercial building.
• Work with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Issue and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Help with accounting, tenant and vendor relations, events, and emergency procedures.
