Sport Auto Group is looking for experienced Business Development Service Agents to join our growing team. At a time when most businesses are shrinking, we are expanding. Your role will be handling multiple tasks in an exciting, fast paced environment responsible for scheduling automotive service appointments while taking inbound and making outbound calls for multiple family owned dealerships. You will be responsible for providing the ultimate customer experience to all of our current and future clients. This is a base salary plus commission position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify client needs and schedule appointments
- Receive and promptly schedule inbound calls and online inquiries
- Make outbound calls to remind customers of service intervals
- Manage online inquiries
- Utilize various systems to answer customer questions on services
- Act as a bridge between customers and service advisors, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience
- Handle customer concerns with integrity and compassion
- Maintain online appointment scheduler and internal calendar
- Maintain a professional appearance and work space
Minimum Qualifications:
- Customer service or sales background is a plus
- Bi-lingual is beneficial
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and basic typing skills
- Positive attitude with an upbeat, outgoing personality
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Understanding of basic automotive services and terminology is helpful
