  • Position Summary

    The Office Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the day-to-day operations of the Pratt and Whitney Medical Clinic ranging from scheduling systems, logistics, data analytics, generation of reports and purchasing.

  • Responsible to assist the clinic manager, providers and all team members as needed.
  • Responsible to maintain all documentation according to policy.
  • Keep abreast of industry rules and regulations, as well as changes in industry standards for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in reinforcing policies and procedures relative to personnel and business operations. Focus on creating and managing standard-work processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Experience with Occupational Health Management programs perferred
  • Specialized training in a healthcare setting with demonstrated knowledge in registration/patient access functions/processes perferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology perferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must possess and display exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with ability to make decisions while working with autonomy
