We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman to join our team! This position is 100% commission based. You will be responsible for working with the operations team to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, specifically pole barns, roofing, or otherwise related construction field
- Experience as a supervisor
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
