  • Prioritize and assign tasks to the fleet team based on ticket urgency, ensuring optimal fleet functionality and the achievement of daily goals.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff, drivers, managers, and external vendors to coordinate vehicle servicing and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement innovative maintenance strategies to improve vehicle performance and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and submit detailed maintenance expense reports on a monthly basis.
  • Procure, maintain and manage accurate inventory of parts, and components at Freebee HQ, in service vehicles, and at remote fleet sites.
  • Assist the maintenance and operations teams with various tasks to support daily fleet operations and long-term performance goals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of Freebee’s vehicle platforms while proactively ensuring ongoing compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze driving performance across the Fleet to identify safety concerns and driving behaviors and proactively guide and promote a safety-driven culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Clear communication skills via verbal and written formats.
  • A strategic thinker and adept problem-solver, with the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances.
