We are a consumer-focused law firm looking for a detail-oriented and organized Document Collection Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for a mortgage loan processor or someone with experience collecting and reviewing financial documents in a professional setting.
This position is Full-Time and is hybrid remote/in-office after the initial onboarding period.
Compensation:
$15 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to gather and organize required financial documents
- Guide clients through the document submission process with patience and professionalism
- Review submitted materials for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure timely submission of documents
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
- Promptly answer client questions and manage client expectations
Qualifications:
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Experience handling financial or legal documents preferred
- Self-motivated
