Position: Experienced Moving Brokerage Sales Representative – Inside Sales

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (on-site)

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Two Saturdays per month | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Additional work opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers.
  • Engage prospective clients and promote premium moving and storage services.
  • Confidently close deals and oversee the full sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Conduct dynamic follow-up communications via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Create persuasive voicemail messages to increase callbacks and conversions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in moving industry sales highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket sales deals.
  • Proficiency with Granot software is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with strong phone and computer skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and performance-focused.
  • Reliable transportation for daily commute to Deerfield Beach office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Structure: $300 Base salary plus commission.
  • Earning Potential: $4,000 – $8,000+ per month based on performance.
  • Daily Incentives: Additional bonuses and extra earning opportunities available.
