Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill various staffing needs across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their staffing requirements and career goals
- Conduct bilingual interviews and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to develop recruitment strategies and improve processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions in Miami and surrounding areas
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid work authorization in the United States
