Now Hiring:
Full-time Lead Window Cleaning Technician in Miami and surrounding areas.
What Youll Do:
- Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily team operations and supervise technicians on assigned jobs
- Manage job flow, efficiency, safety, and quality control
- Provide on-site training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Report performance updates, challenges, and operational needs directly to the General Manager
- Inventory & Equipment Management
- Track, organize, and restock cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
- Ensure company vehicles, ladders, machines, and PPE are clean, safe, and fully operational
- Sales & Customer Experience
- Actively upsell services, prepare on-site estimates, and process customer payments
- Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Lead field-based business development efforts by conducting client visits, distributing marketing materials, and professionally presenting company services
- Service Responsibilities
- Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing
- Service residential, commercial, and post-construction properties
- Lead Holiday Lights design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage
Requirements:
- Previous window cleaning and pressure washing experience required
- Leadership or crew lead experience is a must
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to confidently represent the company to customers and prospective clients
- Valid drivers license is required
- Ability to speak English fluently required
- Advanced Spanish proficiency required
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 40 ft, and working at heights.
- Requires good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be safety-conscious and possess strong problem-solving skills.
