Position Summary

The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's investor relations strategy, serving as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders. This role involves communicating the company's financial performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities to the investment community. The Investor Relations Manager will also monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to senior management to ensure alignment with investor expectations.

The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for MyShop Technologies. This role involves identifying potential donors and investors, cultivating relationships, and preparing compelling proposals to secure funding. The Fundraiser will work closely with senior management to align fundraising efforts with the company's strategic goals and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations program.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community (investors, analysts, etc.).
  • Prepare and disseminate financial reports, press releases, and other investor communications.
  • Organize and manage investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to investors and analysts.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and executive teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate disclosure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and financial analysts.
  • Gather and provide feedback from the investment community to senior management.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial support from various sources.
  • Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with potential individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and venture capitalists.
  • Prepare compelling grant proposals, presentations, and other fundraising materials.
  • Manage donor communication and stewardship to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
  • Organize and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to understand funding needs and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities and donor information.
  • Monitor fundraising trends and best practices to optimize strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on fundraising progress to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing significant funding or achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with the investment community.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
