Position: Canvass Manager

- Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers to schedule Free Window and Door presentations with homeowners.

Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train and manage canvassers.
- Schedule appointments for FREE window and door presentations.

Requirements:
- Interview and hire candidates

- Train canvassers on sripting, objections and scheduling of appointments.

- Motivate and manage canvassers in the field to hit goals on a day to day basis.

- Qualifed candidates must have experience interviewing, hiring and training canvassers
