Senior Financial Advisor sought for Private Wealth Management of Ultra High-Net Worth Clientele in the Miami and Greater South Florida Region
Exceptional compensation structure for an individual contributor with total annual earning contingent upon performance and transitioned assets or generated management fees.
There's two highly competitive remuneration models:
- One percent (1%) of the revenue from any book you bring in is split: 60% of that amount goes to salary plus commission.
- Work commission only and receive 80%/85% of the total revenue you generate plus the generated management fees.

Job Description:
This is a premier individual contributor role designed for an established advisor. The core objective is the successful transition and fiduciary management of your existing client portfolio onto our client's robust platform. Your responsibilities will center on advising high-net-worth clients, developing sophisticated, bespoke financial strategies, and driving revenue through diligent asset management and advisory services. This opportunity is pointedly structured to reward individual performance and is not a management or leadership role, ensuring your focus can remain exclusively on superior client service and strategic portfolio growth.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a verifiable, substantial, and portable book of business of minimum $40 million.
- Demonstrable track record of significant revenue generation in a wealth advisory capacity.
- All requisite financial licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 66 or 65) must be active and in good standing.
- Advanced professional designations, such as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
- Deep expertise in complex financial planning, trust and estate strategies, or specialized investment products.
- Experience servicing an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clientele for at least 5 years within the South Florida market preferably.
