Dominion Labs is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who combines financial expertise with visionary thinking, innovation, and outstanding communication skills. The right candidate will work alongside the CEO to shape financial strategy, drive growth, manage investor relations, and establish a financial foundation for long-term scalability.

What You’ll Do
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute Dominion Labs’ financial strategy, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals.
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for multi-regional operations.
- Lead efforts to structure sustainable capital models, balancing equity, debt, and investor funding to optimize growth.
- Advise the CEO and executive team on key financial decisions, including market expansion, R&D investment, and data infrastructure development.
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Spearhead fundraising strategy from seed through Series rounds, managing investor relations and communications.
- Build detailed financial models, pitch materials, and valuation frameworks to support capital raises.
- Represent Dominion Labs confidently to VCs, institutional investors, and strategic partners, articulating financial performance, projections, and business vision.
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with investors through transparent reporting and regular engagement.
Innovation & Systems Building
- Work along side research and development team to design and implement scalable financial systems and automation tools for a global, innovation-driven organization.
- Champion the integration of data analytics and AI-based financial tools to improve forecasting, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, new revenue models, and sustainable growth strategies across multiple product lines.
Team & Culture Leadership
- Build and mentor a small, high-performing finance team aligned with Dominion Labs’ culture of creativity and precision.
- Foster open communication, accountability, and collaboration across departments — translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Who You Are
- Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Senior Financial Executive, ideally within a high-growth AI, SaaS, or technology company.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, venture financing, and investor relations.
- Strong understanding of startup financial structures, international operations, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills — able to translate numbers into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Innovative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

Compensation:
This position is commission-based until external funding is secured. The CFO will receive a percentage of funds raised (equity and/or commission structure negotiable) during the early stage of the company. Once funding is obtained, this role transitions into a full-time salaried executive position with equity participation and long-term growth opportunities.
