Job Title: Inside Sale Representative

Reports To: CEO, COO & General Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Sunrise, Florida

Compensation (Base+Commission): $55,000 – $75,000/year, depending on experience, sales skills, and volume of leads.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound inquiries into scheduled moves by providing accurate estimates, educating customers on our services, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people during major life transitions such as residential, commercial, or military relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by identifying customer needs and confidently selling additional services such as packing, storage, and protection plans.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls along with web-based leads to convert inquiries into scheduled moves.
  • Deliver accurate quotes and educate customers on our services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Overcome objections with ease, providing reassurance and highlighting the value of our trusted, comprehensive moving solutions.
  • Stay organized and maintain up-to-date, detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with operations and dispatch to ensure job fulfillment.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction—stay positive, solution-oriented, and professional.
  • Build relationships that last, creating long-term connections that lead to referrals and repeat business.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, promotions, and internal service updates.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals including booked revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand customer needs and clearly explain our services, pricing, and procedures.
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert quotes into booked jobs.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth job execution.
  • Properly setup and communicate the scope of work for the move
  • Assist with outbound sales campaigns or reactivation of past customers when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience; experience in the moving or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (SuperMove & MoverSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive mindset
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve.
  • Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
