Established and growing private equity backed company in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Director of FP&A to join their growing team. Working closely with the Executive team. Opportunity to make a true impact on the growth trajectory. Responsibilities include building/maintaining financial models, complex scenario analysis, M&A due diligence and integration support, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for reporting to senior leadership. This role will be a blend of corporate finance, strategic finance, and operations finance. GREAT company culture with strong tenure. Competitive compensation plus bonus.
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field REQUIRED
- Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 8-15 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A roles
- Seeking current or prior experience leading the FP&A function in a private equity backed company
- Must have hands-on experience building financial models from scratch
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
