SaaS Account Executive – South Florida Territory
Healthcare / Wound Care Management | Hybrid
We are seeking a driven SaaS Account Executive to manage a South Florida territory for a growing client in the wound care management space. This role is ideal for a hunter‐style salesperson with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in KPI‐driven, full‐cycle sales environments.
You’ll own the sales process from prospecting through close, work with multiple stakeholders, and collaborate with a team of mixed seniority. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the office two days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Own full‐cycle SaaS sales across a South Florida territory
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Execute high‐volume outreach (30–40 touches per day)
- Manage complex, multi‐stakeholder sales cycles
- Maintain a KPI‐driven approach to pipeline and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations)
- Contribute to a high‐performance, team‐oriented sales culture
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5–7 years of SaaS sales experience
- Proven success in full‐cycle sales (prospecting through close)
- Strong KPI orientation and activity‐based selling mindset
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision‐makers
- Entrepreneurial, self‐starter mentality
- Healthcare, wound care, or startup experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000
- Commission opportunities
- Total compensation potential: $80,000 – $100,000+
