PrideStaff is seeking a Customer Service Admin to join their client's team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues. You must enter the information in their proprietary system, create a PO, and follow up with vendors regarding shipment. Must know QuickBooks Online
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Data Entry, enter orders in the system.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Process invoices
- Follow up with reps regarding product
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MUST be computer proficient in Microsoft office suites and QuickBooks online
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
