Job Summary:


The Sales Executive will lead business development, capture, and proposal activities for the company's

environmental services division. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, shaping capture

strategies, managing RFP responses, and closing sales utilizing a team approach.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage a commercial, state and local sales pipeline.
  • Lead capture planning, teaming strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain agency and contractor relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing and compelling RFP response for presentation to prospects and clients.
  • Support post-award execution and growth.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Excellent relationship building, presentation, and communication skills
  • Existing relationships within the commercial, state and local markets
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Desire/Optional: Proposal Writing


Education:


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


Experience:


  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in the environmental services market


Physical Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

As necessary to achieve sales target
