We are seeking an experienced QB Online bookkeeper to join our amazing team! You will provide high-level bookkeeping and administrative support for our Executive team at our Fort Myers office. You will also be part of our Human Resources department responsible for payroll and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Executive team
  • Arrange meetings and plan corporate events
  • Vendor relations and management
  • QuickBooks entry and support
  • Credit card reconciliation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Quick Books Online Experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
