Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% On-Site) Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst who thrives in a high-volume environment and demonstrates professionalism and strong communication skills. This role does not involve supervision but requires handling approximately 500 invoices per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume accounts and process payment postings via ACH
- Conduct ACH research to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Perform light B2B collections and handle light chargebacks
- Provide excellent customer service while managing vendor and client inquiries
- Utilize strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for researching discrepancies
- Experience with ACH payments and related research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
