We are looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to assist the office team. The ideal candidate is well-versed and experienced with Microsoft Office. Strong typing and good working computer skills are also required.

Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Source and Coordinate field technicians to meets service demands
- Ensure compliance with company policy and agreements
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
