We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring that we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a proven ability to navigate high-volume recruitment within a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish language is required. Hours are 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Deliver pre-employment safety training to all new hires prior to their start date.
• Administer quality assurance surveys during the onboarding process to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies through career fairs, networking events, and online recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain advertising campaigns to increase visibility and attract candidates with relevant experience.
• Communicate key employment details, such as compensation, benefits, and company policies, during offer discussions.
• Provide weekly reports to the HR Director detailing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and turnover rates.
• Maintain active memberships in industry-related organizations to expand detail-oriented networks and stay informed of market trends.
• Support the HR department with additional tasks and initiatives as needed.
• Minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, labor-intensive industry.
• Strong proficiency in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
