What You’ll Do
• Identify and secure National Accounts, especially Big Box, Grocery Chains (e.g., Kroger, Publix), and Club Retailers.
• Quickly build a high-quality sales pipeline with fast conversion.
• Customize product offerings and assortments that drive in-store traffic and sell-through.
• Attend trade shows, actively network, and represent our brands with energy and professionalism.
• Present with confidence and create compelling customer proposals.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint winning products and whitespace opportunities.
• Drive continuous lead generation and pipeline expansion.
What You Bring
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or national retail accounts (CPG or fragrance a plus).
• Strong buyer relationships in grocery, mass, club, or specialty retail preferred.
• Proven track record of closing major retail deals and scaling distribution.
• Skilled communicator and confident presenter.
• Resourceful, fast-moving, and hungry to win.
• No fear of rejection—a go-getter who turns “no” into “not yet.”
