Title: Product Marketing Manager — Wellness (CPG | Retail + eCommerce)
Location: Miami, FL — On-site (5 days/week)
Reports to: VP, eCommerce

Megalabs USA is expanding a wellness portfolio that includes Prunelax, Fr!ska, Enterex, and Prospan. We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to turn insights into clear positioning, high-converting content, and effective go-to-market plans across U.S. retail and eCommerce (Amazon, Walmart, CVS, etc.).
Description:
Brand & Product Strategy
- Build annual/quarterly plans for assigned brands: positioning, messaging, claims, and KPIs.
- Lead category and competitive analyses to identify whitespace and sharpen differentiation.
- Partner with Global/R&D/Legal on innovation (packaging updates, new formats/counts/flavors) and claims substantiation.
Go-to-Market & Execution
- Own product launch/refresh plans (timelines, briefs, budgets, success metrics).
- Manage creative briefs and coordinate agencies/in-house teams; ensure assets meet platform best practices (organic, paid, PDP, retail media).
- Drive website updates and optimize retailer assets for conversion (Amazon A+/SEO, Walmart Rich Media, CVS, etc.).
Performance & Sales Enablement
- Manage channel budgets with a test-and-learn approach across Meta, Google, TikTok, and retail media (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, Instacart).
- Track and report KPIs (velocity, conversion, ROAS/TACOS, share); recommend optimizations.
- Support sell-in: line reviews, shopper programs, displays, and customer meeting materials.
- Collaborate closely with eCommerce, Sales, R&D, and Legal to align plans and timelines.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams; keep owners and deadlines clear.
- Manage agencies and vendors; may mentor a coordinator/intern as the team grows.
- Contribute to a results-driven, collaborative culture.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in CPG brand/product/product marketing or marketing operations with budget ownership and campaign execution in the U.S.
- Experience launching/scaling products across retail + eCommerce; experience with Amazon/Walmart content and retail media platforms.
- Strong project management, communication, and brief-writing skills; high attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset; proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and marketing analytics.
- Bonus: consumer health/OTC exposure; GA4/Looker, Salsify/Syndigo, Pacvue/Perpetua;
- Spanish a plus.
