We are seeking a Virtual Receptionist/ Social Media Manager&nbsp;to join our team!&nbsp;You&nbsp;will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as&nbsp;identifying areas of improvement&nbsp;to increase company revenue and brand.&nbsp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Answer phone calls for appointments</li>
<li>Schedule and modify appointments as needed</li>
<li>Communicate with therapists as needed regarding requests or changes that need to be made in the schedule</li>
<li>Return voicemails in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Conduct market research&nbsp;to determine potential of products and services</li>
<li>Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities&nbsp;and threats</li>
<li>Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Create social media content and posts, while managing communication with likers and subscribers.</li>
<li>Invoicing clients</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in Spa setting</li>
<li>Knowledge of massage and skin care industry</li>
<li>Previous experience in market research or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative&nbsp;data collection</li>
<li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently</li>
<li>Computer/ Sales/ Social Media marketing development needed.</li>
