Are you an experienced enterprise seller ready to take the reins and shape your own high-impact sales vertical? BH Tech is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead strategic conversations with mid-market and enterprise clients, drive growth, and help expand our footprint across technology and energy solutions.

This is a remote, commission-only role designed for ambitious sales leaders who want to build and run their own book of business — with the full support of our leadership and brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead enterprise sales cycles across cloud, AI, and sustainability solutions

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, solving real business challenges with modern tech

  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on high-value opportunities and GTM strategy

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts

  • Help shape offerings and best practices for our growing sales organization

What You’ll Sell

  • Cloud Communications – 8x8, Dialpad, and other UCaaS solutions

  • Secure eFax & Digital Signatures – HIPAA-compliant tools for regulated industries
