Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth through consultative selling and superior customer service. This is not a "behind the desk" role; you will be in the field, managing a territory, and ensuring our customers get the equipment and solutions they need—even if that means delivering it yourself.
Core Responsibilities:

Territory Management: Maintain consistent contact with existing customers and aggressive cold-calling to prospective clients to expand market presence.

Consultative Sales: quote equipment, parts, and service solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining sales volume and healthy profit margins.

Operations & Logistics: Personally deliver new or repaired equipment and parts to customers. You must be competent in strapping, securing, and towing equipment.

Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary problem solver for your clients, anticipating both present and future equipment needs.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales (construction or industrial equipment preferred).

Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Technical Skills: Understanding of equipment mechanics and construction field operations. Must be willing to learn and retain technical training.

Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy items as needed and safely tow/strap equipment.

Availability: Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. However, early mornings, evenings, and overnight travel are required to effectively cover the territory.
Compensation:

Base Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission.
