Our client is a leading provider of vacation and attraction packages with offices in South Florida, and they are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a remote position supporting inbound and outbound calls, helping customers plan and purchase vacation and attraction packages, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and loves helping people make memories through travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with vacation and attraction package inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about destinations, pricing, and promotions.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable packages.
  • Process reservations and ensure all details are accurate and confirmed.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain professionalism on every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally in hospitality, travel, or entertainment.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong computer and CRM navigation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
