Whom are we seeking?

We are looking for experienced and professional Finance Managers who will be responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases. The Finance Manager must be motivated to drive productivity through effective and values-centered leadership. F & I personnel require strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees, and finance and insurance vendors as they represent the dealership.

This individual must exhibit effective management skills and profile as a sales-driven, professional who has a proven profitability history.

A day in the life.

As the Finance Manager, you will be required to maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. You are required to understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect the department’s operations. You will maintain records and requirements of vendors to expedite each deal. You will act as a liaison between buyers and lenders to ensure all requirements are met in order to execute a swift transaction. You will represent the company while communicating effectively with vendors and customers.

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Assist customers in arranging the financing of their purchases.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, and Effectively close deals.
• Work directly with Lenders and Customers to ensure All stipulations are met.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare buyer's paperwork and deliver deals to the appropriate department.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Accurately audit team deals Post-Sale and deeply analyzes for Improvements.
• Maintain and control; the profitability and expenses of the department while maintaining Customer Satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect the department's operations.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.

Qualifications

• Experience with dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• DealerTrack experience
• Strong Auto Sales and Sales Management Experience (Used and Imports)
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
