Title: Financial Analyst

General Information:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Ormond Beach-FL.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial excellence by analyzing business performance, ensuring cost control, and maintaining accurate financial records.
This is an on-site role, reports to the Business Controller and will collaborate closely with various teams to support the company’s financial goals.
Your responsibilities
· Cost Control & Analysis: Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs to identify variances and trends; Collaborate with production teams to optimize resource allocation and reduce waste.
· Accounts Reconciliation: Reconcile the balance sheet and ensure all financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies, including intercompany transactions.
· Business Performance Analysis: Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making; Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against business goals.
· Journal Entries & General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
· Financial Reporting & Support: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management; Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
· Reconcile the Purchasing receipts to the Accounts Payable ledgers
· Review, edit and ensure accurate Accounts Payable data
· Reconcile assigned Balance Sheet Accounts
· Review Invoices and Statements with the Purchasing Department
Your background
· 3+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Strong Microsoft EXCEL skills (capability to manipulate large volumes of data);
· Experience with SAP (Preferred)
· Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask
· Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA
