Miami Alkaline Water is growing, and were looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Office Manager to join our Coral Gables team!

What Youll Do


  • Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere

  • Assist with administrative tasks (filing, invoicing, emails, copies)

  • Communicate with clients and team members

  • Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries

  • Handle light errands (bank, post office, etc.)

  • Keep our wellness product displays neat and attractive

What Were Looking For


  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable speaking with customers and working with a small team

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • A polished, neat appearance

  • Interest in health/wellness is a plus

  • Prior retail or front-desk experience is helpful (not required!)

Hours & Pay


  • MonFri: 9am6pm

  • Saturday: 10am2pm

  • No holidays

  • $17/hour + bonuses

  • Start Date: ASAP
