Our team is passionate about partnering with body shop owners and managers to help them deliver exceptional results for their customers. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business development.

We are looking for a highly effective salesperson with grit and a bulldog mentality—someone who fits our culture and has the presence to command attention with decision makers.

· You must have a proven track record building strong, productive customer relationships in B2B sales. We're looking for someone who gets by gatekeepers, earns the trust of shop owners, and consistently brings in new business.

· You must excel at prospecting for new customers, drop-in visits, and finding opportunities where others see obstacles. You should have demonstrable success building territory from scratch and exceeding revenue targets.

· You must be deal-oriented with executive presence—able to communicate confidently with business owners and top decision makers, and be comfortable having business conversations.

· You must display mental toughness and grit with a sense of urgency. You thrive under pressure, bounce back from setbacks quickly, and maintain a passionate, positive attitude even when facing rejection or challenging situations.

· You must be goal-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You take ownership for your activities and results. You are not an excuse maker.

· You must be a team player who can communicate and problem-solve collaboratively while also operating independently as a self-starter. You're coachable, willing to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.

· You must possess exceptional listening skills and genuine curiosity about customer needs.

· You must be highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple opportunities simultaneously while keeping accurate records and following up consistently.

· You must demonstrate integrity in all interactions and present yourself professionally with a well-groomed appearance that reflects the quality of our partnership.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

· B2B sales experience with a documented history of exceeding quotas. Experience selling to the automotive aftermarket, collision repair industry, or related trades is a bonus but not required.

· Demonstrated success in commission-based selling with proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, and close complex sales.

· Experience working with long sales cycles and building relationships with decision makers at multiple levels within an organization.

· Comfortable discussing large contracts and understanding the importance of protecting profit margins—not someone who cuts price to make a sale.

· Strong communicator with active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

· Has a sales process and system for tracking clients, managing pipeline, and ensuring consistent follow-through.

· High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Western Florida territory.


Compensation:

Base salary plus uncapped commission. You must have prior earnings of at least $65,000 in a selling role to apply. Top performers in this role make $120k+.
