We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills—especially advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel—and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to help the COO effectively manage daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the COO, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).
- Assist in tracking and managing projects, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event logistics as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
- Support cross-departmental communication and ensure smooth workflow between the COO’s office and other teams.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience; experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively anticipate needs.
