Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Receiving and Inventory Assistant to join a manufacturing company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate who want to grow within a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Accurately track and record inventory levels
Label, organize, and store materials properly
Assist with inventory counts and audits
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
Communicate effectively with warehouse and production teams
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus
