We’re working with a mission-driven, remote-first company looking for a Digital Brand Design Lead to shape how users experience their brand across every digital touchpoint.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to bring bold ideas to life, from landing pages to product interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead brand and marketing design across campaigns and digital assets
- Design intuitive, scalable product experiences using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Drive creative strategy and execution from concept to launch
- Elevate the customer journey with thoughtful, cohesive design
We're looking for someone with:
- 4+ years in product, brand, or UX/UI design
- Mastery of Figma and design systems
- Strong visual storytelling and UX thinking
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bonus: CMS experience (Payload or similar), front-end familiarity
