· Basic Accounting Duties

· Pay and input invoices

· Reviewing Contracts

· Plan appointments and events

· Create regular reports and update internal database systems

· Coordinate on-line calendars

Qualifications

· Strong communication skills via phone, email and in-person

· Excellent Organizational skills

· Detail Oriented

· Experience exercising confidentiality and discretion with sensitive company information

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite; Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
