Rushing Law Firm, PLLC, located in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach, is a growing real estate law firm specializing in real estate closings. We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Closer. We are looking for professional, friendly, team players with great customer service skills. Candidates must have a positive, problem-solving attitude and strong organizational skills. A minimum of two (2) years experience handling real estate closings is required.

Job Responsibilities:

Candidate should be capable of processing a real estate transaction from beginning to end, including but not limited to the following:

Receive and review contracts

Order and review title commitments

Examine and clear title conditions prior to closing, including surveys, estoppels and payoffs

Prepare CDs, closing statements and other settlement documents

Review and comply with lender closing instructions

Conduct formal closing presentations with buyers, sellers and agents

Provide constant communication with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements:

2+ years experience in residential real estate closings

Licensed title agent or willingness to obtain license preferred

Florida notary a plus

Good verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and closing software

Strong analytical skills

Professional appearance

Ability to pass background check and drug screen

This is a full time position and salary will be based on experience and documented income requirements of the successful applicant. Please provide salary requirements with resume.
