Position Overview

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to be the heartbeat of our post-sale client experience. You'll manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure seamless execution from design to installation, delivering exceptional results with precision. With your proactive oversight, you'll keep everything in sync, turning client expectations into stunning realities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the trusted point of contact for clients after their sale, guiding them with confidence and care.
    • Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for their project.
    • Keep clients in the loop with proactive updates on project progress, installation timelines, and any changes.
  2. Project Status Updates
    • Deliver clear, timely updates on key milestones-design approval, production, and installation-so clients always know what's next.
    • Address delays or adjustments transparently, maintaining trust and setting realistic expectations.
  3. Issue Resolution
    • Tackle challenges head-on, resolving client concerns with empathy and efficiency.
    • Partner with design, production, and installation teams to troubleshoot and find solutions that delight our clients.
    • Balance client happiness with business goals, ensuring a win-win outcome every time.
  4. Installation Coordination
    • Collaborate with clients to schedule installation dates, streamlining logistics for a seamless experience.
    • Bridge the gap between production and installation, ensuring a smooth handoff.
    • Confirm details and handle last-minute tweaks with poise and precision.
  5. Quality Assurance
    • Follow up post-installation to confirm clients are thrilled with their new space.
    • Maintain accurate project records in our CRM platform with an eye for detail.
    • Gather client feedback to fuel continuous improvement and elevate our service.
  6. Client Retention
    • Nurture long-term relationships through exceptional, personalized service.
    • Anticipate client needs and address concerns before they arise, showcasing our commitment to care.
    • Spot opportunities to enhance their experience with additional services or upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    • Proven background in client communications, account management, or customer service.
    • Familiarity with project management processes is a plus, but a passion for learning is what counts.
  • Skills
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills-clear, warm, and professional.
    • A knack for juggling multiple clients and projects without missing a beat.
    • Sharp problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to turn challenges into opportunities.
    • A detail-obsessed, organized mindset that keeps everything on track.
    • On occasion, be able to deliver materials to job sites. Company transportation will be provided.

Location & Pay Range

  • This position will be located at our Deerfield Beach facility.
  • The pay range is $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary, based on experience.
