Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains the general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Balances the general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; and advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Computer savvy and with the ability to pick up new software's
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
