Reserve is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-end design environments including luxury, lifestyle, sports, fashion, or modern cultural brands. The right candidate brings a sharp eye for detail, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to translate creative direction into elevated, consistent, and compelling visual work across channels.
What Youll Work On
Design for multi-channel touchpoints including social, web, email, print, packaging, merchandise, decks, signage, and event environments
Develop visual identities and campaign systems including typography lockups, layout standards, and storytelling concepts
Support cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, apparel, partnerships, and events through concepting, execution, and final delivery
Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and asset libraries
Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across printed and physical formats
What You Bring
3 to 5+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Working knowledge or proficiency in AI creative platforms including Nano Banana Pro or similar tools for design, editing, and production workflows
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or asset management platforms is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, layout composition, and brand identity systems
A portfolio showcasing elevated, modern branding work across digital and print
Ability to manage timelines, pivot quickly, and execute at a high level in a fast-moving environment
