Seeking a career-oriented Director of Sales and Marketing leader who is strong with an encouraging team development, understanding Hotel Group Sales, BT, T&T and Leisure markets and social media marketing.

Job description of the Hotel Resort Director of Sales and Marketing:

Oversee 6 Managers and associates including Digital Marketing Manager.
Set and monitor Sales Manager’s goals to achieve revenue objectives.
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and maximize profitability.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to drive performance and exceed goals.
Collaborate with revenue management to optimize pricing strategies.
Monitor the Comp Set.
Strong leadership skills to address important priorities. Acts as a catalyst for change.
Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Oversee the Marketing Manager to develop marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills of the Director of Sales and Marketing:

2 years of experience as a DOSM or Director of Group or Director Leisure Sales.
4 years of hotel or resort experience.
Brand of any Marriott (Westin, Sheraton, R-Carlton, etc product OR Hilton or Hyatt, Omni etc OR independent product.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits of The Hotel Resort Director of Sales and Marketing:

Salary of $145- $158k DOE PLUS Executive Committee Incentive Plan
