Job DescriptionPosition: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% On-Site)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay range: $40k-$52k/year DOE
Job Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable (AP) invoices for approval
- Set up new vendors in the system
- Open mail and scan invoices into the AP approval system
- Utilize 2- and 3-way matching of invoices to ensure accuracy
- Batch ACH payments and submit for CFO approval
- Process check payments in a timely manner
- Handle and respond to emails from vendors and employees
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail
- Experience using computers and accounting software
- Familiarity with AP procedures and invoice matching preferred
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
