As our Account Executive, you'll earn a competitive wage of $100,000–$125,000 annually, backed by 100% inbound leads and real training that sets you up to succeed. We invest in our people by covering the cost of insurance licensing, supporting most new hires in becoming licensed within two weeks.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

This full-time role includes 8-hour shifts Monday–Thursday from 7 AM–5 PM and Friday from 7 AM–4 PM, with occasional weekends.


As our Account Executive, you'll start by attending a sales meeting to align on goals and enhance your skills. Then, you'll engage with inbound clients seeking health insurance solutions, assess their needs, explain coverage options, and guide them through the enrollment process. At the end of the day, you'll reconnect with your team to review achievements and prepare for ongoing success.


We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:


  • Proven sales experience
  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license (we cover the cost)


Preferred qualifications include healthcare or insurance exposure and high-volume phone sales experience. We're looking for driven professionals who are coachable, competitive, and ready to grow.
