At Butterfly Effects, we are seeking a Manager of Human Resources Operations to lead the team, systems, and processes that keep our people operations running at their best. From onboarding new hires through the entire employee lifecycle, you will ensure data accuracy and compliance while building the operational backbone that supports both our mission and our growing organization.
What Would You Be Doing?
As the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and mentor the HR Operations team and function.
- Manage and optimize HR systems (Rippling) including configuration, workflows, and data integrity. Initially managing the implementation of Rippling and transition from BambooHR and ADP into Rippling.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR data management (in Rippling and CentralReach), including employee records, pay rate updates, and system reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and analytics related to headcount, turnover, and operational performance.
- Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate employee data flow for compensation, PTO Accruals and compliance.
- Coordinate annual and periodic HR audits to verify system accuracy and compliance readiness. Such as NPI audit, EEOC Audit, OEWS audits, PTO policy audits, RBT audits (bi-weekly), I-9 audit, ACA metrics,
- Process Change Of Status (COS's) and manages monthly merit increases in CentralReach
- Manage HR policies and procedures documentation, ensuring they are current and compliant with applicable laws and internal practices.
- Oversee compliance reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase HR operational efficiency.
- Serve as the liaison between HR Operations and IT for system integrations, security permissions, and user support.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality service delivery model for all HR operational functions.

What Do You Bring to the Role?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Rippling preferred) and data management best practices.
- Experience in compliance reporting and HR process documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create actionable insights from data.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
