We are seeking a Housekeeper / Houseman – Spanish Speaking to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Sterilize various tools and equipment
• Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic

Work Environment: House Attendants / Housemen work in a fast-paced, high-energy resort setting where attention to detail and efficiency are key. The role involves frequent walking, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. You’ll be working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, supporting housekeeping staff and ensuring guest areas are clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. Teamwork, communication, and a strong sense of urgency are essential to succeed in this physically active and guest-focused environment.

Physical Requirements and Qualifications: Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The position requires frequent walking, standing, and interaction with team members and guests. Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude is essential. Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this
